As you probably noticed, I'm going crazy trying to figure things out. Jamey will be going to the Mayo Clinic next week to see a GI specialist. His symptoms have become very severe as he has been cycling viruses all fall. The last few weeks have been extremely draining for me. For the last few months we've been battling chronic diarrhea, fifths disease, asthma, thrush, skin rashes etc. Jamey, who is a hair under 6', now weighs about 105. For the last few nights, I've been going through his medical records. I first mentioned his reflux when he was 4 months old. It saddens me that no one took my concerns seriously and now I have a 15 year old who is in chronic pain. He has all the symptoms of Sandifer's Syndrome--where there is extreme neck and body arching.
