Therapist needed in Kirkland, WA

1:1 Instructor for a rising 4th grader. Excellent training will be provided in

Applied Behavior

Analysis, and Fluency Based instruction. Fun relaxed work atmosphere. Long-term

position.

Qualifications: Previous ABA experience and/or comprehensive language training,

teaching or

tutoring individuals w/communication and information processing disorders is

desired. Must

be energetic, creative, hard working & mature. Must be able to implement a

comprehensive

language and academic IEP, a fluent English speaker & be able to narrate and

model lesson

plans quite fluently. Pursuing a career in special education or related ed.

field is required.

Tentative summer hours will be MWTRF 3-6,TRF1:30-3:30,SS 9-12 or 3-6; fall hours

will be

M-F 3:30-6:30 p.m. & SS 9-12 or 3-6. 2 instructors will fill the hours. Can

choose shifts

you're available. Long-term commitment is desired.

Job location is Kirkland WA, 15 minutes from Seattle.

Compensation: starting at $15/hr, will compensate for experience & related

education(special

education or Applied Behavior Analysis)
