I was quite sure I would need your help again. I hope this will be the last

time I will bother you with this text. Context is still: diagnosis of a

patient with shoulder problems.

Here are the troublesome ones!

1) Deutliche Schwäche beim *Napoleon-Zeichen*

2) Unter diesen oft schweren Unfällen ist es zu einer zunehmenden

Schmerzhaftigkeit mit positivem *Apprehension-Zeichen* gekommen

3) Der N. axillaris muss *neurolosiert* werden

4) Kongenitale *Bandlaxitaet*

Yes, you'll find all German dictionaries give 'Wasser' as synonym for

'urine' In the context I'd say there is no doubt at all.

Ursprungstumor means " initial tumor " or " basic tumor " , the meaning is

" a tumor who generated the disease " ,
