Guest guest
- debridement of diseased sulcular tissue (What means SULCULAR in dentistry?) SULCUS 2. a linear depression or valley in the occlusal surface of a tooth... gingival s. a furrow surrounding a tooth, bounded internally by the surface of the tooth and externally by the epithelium lining the free gingiva. Depending on the context it could be the first or the second. If it's used in the context of periodontal disease, as I guess by the term " debridement of... " , it might be the second. Guest guest
Hello , Sulcular tissue is crevicular epithelium (the epithelial lining of the gingival sulcus, extending from the gingival margin to the junctional epithelium). " Debridement of diseased sulcular tissue " could be roughly translated as " vydziganiye boleznetvornoi (ili povrezhdennoi) vnutri-desennoi tkani " . If the gingiva is significantly damaged and connective tissues are affected, you could use definition of " vnutri-desennyi meshochek " (gingival pocket). Feed-thru delivery system: in fiber optics and laser dentistry are systems this is a term for systems that deliver energy (optic waves) through optic fibers to contact tip of an instrument to tooth. Dentist actually " dabs " a tooth with a tip. My suggestion for this term will be " skvoznaya (ili pronikayuschaya) sistema peredachi energii (ili otpticheskikh voln) " . Good luck!
