Guest guest
I purchased an Isoworker Pro from them a couple of years ago, and when I emailed them (in English) last October at: info@... to ask if they had an instruction book for it in English, I got a reply from them. As I recall, it took a couple of weeks for them to get back to me, but they did reply with the following message:Hello Ronn,Sorry, we haven't an instruction sheet in English. One of our customer, has made a little Isokinator instruction on Youtube. Please follow that link for your country http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbTMKD4HuZsMit sportlichem HaendedruckWith powerful compliments- KoelbelNewBody GmbHNewBody GmbHWalsroder Strasse 14530853 LangenhagenGermanyTel: ++49-(0)511-735200Fax: ++49-(0)511-7243597E-Mail: info@...Internet: www.newbody.deGeschäftsführer: Cliff Koelbel und Gert F. Guest guest
I have the Powerman 3 and I love it!A 3-5 minute biceps pump 3 times a week has given me bigger arms in 3 weeks than 3 months lifting dumbells and doing curls.Go on Ebay, people sell them cheaply, although this is a collectors item and should be more expensive- especially as it really works and will virtually last a life time.MikeSubject: Re: Re: Gert F Koelbel - Gadjets/InventionsTo: bullworkerclub Date: Tuesday, 24 May, 2011, 20:29 I purchased an Isoworker Pro from them a couple of years ago, and when I emailed them (in English) last October at: info@... to ask if they had an instruction book for it in English, I got a reply from them. The first is an ellipse shaped device with a central handle made it would appear of the exactly the same vinyl that those old vinyl weight discs were made of.It is hollow and can be filled with a number of materials given such as water, sand, even iron splinters. It then can be used for exercises held either in the hands or with the device pushed onto one of the feet. The Ladyhantel is another device{essentially a dumb-bell{albeit a rather sleek one} that can be filled with sand to provide resistance to exercises. My translator called it a barbell but it is far too short to be one. The better looking of the two not very exciting devices is the first.Water slopping about might provide a rather interesting challenge I suppose.Hope this informs Ed

Guest guest
Marc, I also thought that it looks like a hand held version of an Exergenie/Isorobic exerciser. I have both of those. Bought them at a real good price on eBay several years ago. I also have a similar device called the Mini Quick Gym that I like better than the Exergenie and Isorobic. The Mini Quick Gym is pure genius in its simplicity, much easier and less complicated to use than the other two. Not to mention the fact that it's a whole lot less expensive! If anyone wants to check it out, there's a video clip demonstrating it here: http://www.davesproducts.info/products/MiniQuickGYM.html I alternate workouts between the Steel-Bow and the Mini Quick Gym for variety. The MQG can provide a full-body workout, by the way, including squats, lateral raises, military presses, "bench press", etc. You can get pretty creative with it.RonnTo: bullworkerclub Sent: Thu, May 26, 2011 7:45:21 AMSubject: Re: Gert F Koelbel - Gadjets/Inventions Interesting, that looks like a hand held version of an Exergenie/Isorobic exerciser. > > > > > > Stumbled across the follwing list of gadgets invented by Gert F Koelbel on Wikipedia. > > > > > > 1.
