Guest guest
Hi , Thank you for your concerns. , LBD and PDD are not different in their symptoms only in the things I described earlier. Basically the range of time between the two combining Dementia and Parkinsons and which comes first Parkinsons or Dementia.Everything else is the same. Medications and the sensitivity to neuroleptics is all the same for both. Treatment for both LBD and PDD are the same. Remember, up until recently the doctors/researchers didn't know the difference, because they are the same in their symptoms. They look the same. There is NO difference in symptoms or medications or treatment. One progresses faster than the other and the range of time between the two combining, that is all the difference.
