Hi everyone. I am requesting input from parents for an upcoming

presentation on behavioral consultation. Information will be

presented at the October 05 Organization for Autism Research (OAR)

conference in Arlington, VA. Dr. Meyer and I are presenting

on Behavioral Consultation -Factors Related to Success in Autism. I

would appreciate if you could complete this brief survey below, if

you are a parent consumer, to help us w/ this important research

area! It can be completed and resent via mail, fax or email

(behavioraldirections@...). If you are

interested, please reply within the next two weeks. I really

appreciate your help in gathering these data for the presentation –

The results of this survey will identify factors related to success

in behavioral consultation. The results may be presented at the

upcoming Organization for Autism Research (OAR) conference (October,

2005). Your identifying information will be kept confidential.
