Guest guest Posted March 25, 2012 Report Share Posted March 25, 2012 I always enjoy watching your IB workouts, . So far I'm Iso-Bo-ing once or twice a day, usually at night while at work. It helps loosen me up as well as keep me awake during slow times. LOL! I haven't had my IB all that long yet, maybe about a month now, but I DO feel better since using it. I feel a bit stronger and arms and chest feel a bit firmer. Give up on the Iso-Bo??? NEVER!!! Last night at work I let two guys try it. I told them to pull hard...they won't break it. After a few seconds of pulling, they both said they " felt it. " I'm going to try to get a few IB customers at work. I call it my " pocket gym.
