Actually, you can get natural lights. When I was working in manufacturing

as a Quality Assurance Engineer, we had a bunch of special (and very

expensive, of course) lights in receiving inspection because visual

inspections are much more reliable under natural light. When I did my work

in receiving inspection, I'd turn on one of those lights and sit under it.

It was wonderful :o).

yes I bet those are full spectrum lights.... but now you can get fairly

cheap full spectrum floursescetn tubes here in Canada, so I assume they

are more widely available.

there are still expensive versions of lights, but I believe the cheap

bulbs do provide some benefit
