Lack of Muscle Soreness

Hello everyone,

Does lack of muscle soreness the next day mean I didn't work out hard enough?

When I do isometrics or Isomotion, I get a nice soreness in my shoulders and

triceps the next day, but there is sometimes none at all in my biceps and back.

It makes me think I should be exerting more force, but I feel like I'm already

at 70-100% when exercising.
