Guest guest Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 Hello everyone, Does lack of muscle soreness the next day mean I didn't work out hard enough? When I do isometrics or Isomotion, I get a nice soreness in my shoulders and triceps the next day, but there is sometimes none at all in my biceps and back.
