Just a reminder to send your letters to Centers for Medicare

and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding MA Premiums this week!

It is essential that CMS and your federal legislators hear

from you. CMS makes the decision to approve or deny PA's

waiver request but they also work for your federal

representatives and senators.

Keep them in the loop! Let them know what effect this waiver

will on your family. It is not too late to stop the DPW's

Disability Tax!
