Guest guest
The only thing Bill mentions and urges in the Challenge packet is Myoplex. The usual additive to that is Phen Free for weight loss and Betagen for muscle building. Those are the most common of all basics. -The CO
Guest guest
Darrell, I can understand the financial situation part, EAS is very expensive and Bill P. knows that. A friend of mine at the gym has met Bill several times and discussed that with him. Bill explained that his products are pure and has what is on the label in the product, plus he spends a lot of money on research and figures he makes 7% less in margins than other companies. That is what I was told. Remember this program is not an EXACT science, that's why Bill doesn't want people getting caught up in counting grams of anything. The first challenge was based on specific numbers on carbs, protein and calorie intake. He since has geared the program to the " average person " who has very little experience in any physical activity or someone who has tried several times to lose weight and has failed. When someone of this background eats 6 meals consisting of portions, it has to be less carbs that what they normally ate which leads to muscle and fat loss. Adding the weight resistance only accelerates the fat loss and increases muscle. For others looking much deeper than that, I don't think you really have to. This is the foundation and only fine tuning is needed from this. It's a proven method, you don't need to try something different, why? Because it's been tried a hundred times before by others and only produced minimal results. Just look at every one else who has been working out for years, they generally look the same. Guest guest
Darrell, Stick to the basics, Myoplex, betagen & Phosphagen HP All are expensive, but the straight phosophagen has dropped in price. The most expensive and the most consumed is the protein, Substitute where needed, but stick to a name brand (I'm sure you know the market) I highly recommend purchasing the Betagen, I originally thought it didn't do a damm thing but I proved myself wrong. This stuff (HMB) works in my opinion. With EAS, I know the product is pure. I currently am taking, ** Myoplex Deluxe - 2 to 3 servings daily ** Betagen - 3 servings daily mixed with my daily intake of water ** Phosphagen HP, will be switching to just phosphagen soon. ** Precision Protein - At night time and mix it in with my morning oatmeal ** glutamine, taken at night with betagen ** occasional Lambrada bar or Worldwide Pure Protein bar ** Food includes; a huge salad everyday with tunafish & egg whites. Chicken breast, rice or potato. Email me personally at j532k@... and give my your number if you want to discuss directly. Guest guest
Is it the policosinol that you are talking about? If so, how much of it do you take and is this mainly for lowering the ldl cholesterol? Do you know if it is safe for people who are on plavix and bp medicines, and aspirin. I have read that some of these things also are blood thinners and we have to be careful what we add. Thanks, Susie
