Love those skies behind you johno. How about doing a demo 'really slowly'

about twisting and twirling & curling the iso-bow. I can't seem to make smooth

transitions.

These videos are very handy. And encouraging. I " sit @ home " in front of the

PC & do the routines. Thanks for the videos. I probably wouldn't get around to

doing the exercises daily without these 'youtubes demos'.

I second what aalf said! Always enjoy watching your vids, and can't resist picking up my I-B and following along. Do give us some slo-mo on some of those fancy twists you're doing. I've got most of them, but on a couple, you were moving like greased lightning, man! You're an Iso-Bow wizard for sure, lol!Ronn To: bullworkerclub Sent: Thursday, April 26, 2012 6:21 PM Subject: Re: Isobow

, have you ever worn a HR Monitor during a workout to really gauge where the

ticker is during your workouts? Thanks. By the way, it's great to see your

dedication to the product.

Lately, (last 3 weeks) I've been doing 4 days a week...setting my iPhone timer

for 12 min. and hard and slow going through a full workout depending on

movements.....8-12 reps for each side....no twists but mainly using to perform

movements like in the isokinator .pdf.....and making up other movements as I go

along. Sometimes I'll repeat a set near the end of a workout if i don't come

up with a new movement....but I am doing the movements without any stops at

all...one right into the next melding one move into the next ones.

Able to mix in leg/abs too with tensioned leg raises, and the bent knee movement

advertised in iskinator. Then at the end, 10 second isometric holds after the

12 min. workout. So total is almost 20 full minutes of hard tensioned (probably

close to Mr advise of 80% effort).
