Hello everyone,

asked me if I would let all of you know that he is going into

the hospital tonight for kidney stones and will be out of touch on the

email for a few days. This "true champion", unselfish, and always

thinking of others first, wanted me to let you all know, because he is

concerned about getting a "warning" out to all of us about the possible

side effects of Creatine. (I think was taking Phosphogen

HP.)

He called me right before they were ready to take him to the hospital

..... while he was in pain ... he wanted to caution us on the importance

of following the recommendations of "cycling" on and off the creatine

to give your body a chance to break down the amino acids. Some people's

body produce higher levels of creatine naturally (like ) and/or

they consume enough creatine naturally, as it is found in certain foods

like meat and fish. We should remember that creatine is a "supplement"

and should only be taken if our body is lacking in it. (I hope I

got this all right, you all please feel free to jump in with your comments.)

It is a good idea to check with your doctor and have blood analysis

done before taking creatine and follow up periodically to monitor your

creatine levels.

I had already made a Doctor's appointment for Jan. 26 about this very

subject, based on concerns I started having after reading emails in late

December from , Laury, , Debbie and some other members of

the group.

Let's all keep in our thoughts and prayers as he faces this

latest challenge with his health. We love you, , and I

want to thank you for sharing your experience with us, your extended family.

Thanks for your unselfish, caring, support to this group. I can't

believe that was what was on your mind, while you are in terrible pain

and on your way to the hospital. Concentrate on taking care of yourself

and a speedy recovery.

Thanks, everyone, for all the great information, personal stories, and

advice in the emails. I read all the emails and save a large majority

of them for future reference. I just signed on an have another

91 messages to go through, but wanted to get this message out for

first.

Love,

Luanne
