Reading and poor poor motor skills

Hello does anyone have advice on how to teach reading? my son is interested but

between speech and a home program he has not started reading and his motor

skills are horrible, he has a hard time holding a pencil, he cant seem to put

the pencil on the paper and hold it down??? is there a book or guide I could by

to teach me how to teach him to read?
