I am 67 years old and have been exercising most of my life. I trained with weights for 37 years and competed in sports into my 50's. Five years ago I had a cancer operation and could not do much for 2 years. Started using a ISO7x two years ago and love it. After using it about 3 weeks I could feel my strength coming back. I did about 20 exercises for 8 second holds, one set. Used a stationary bike to warm up and cool down. I use two workouts at this time which I alternate daily. (1.) Stationary bike 10 minutes, ISO7x ( eight second holds), stationary bike 10minutes and light stretching.(2.) Stationary bike 10 minutes, elastic cable workout, stationary bike 10 minutes and light stretching. The stationary bike works both the arms and legs. I have arthritis in my lower body so can only do limited leg

work. These two workouts work great for me and I feel better than I have for several years. My weight has went from 233 to 208 during these 2 years. Find out what works best for you and stick with it. Jim
