Yay, got a nice little workout in this morning.  I did Cathe's all step premix off her Step Jump and Pump workout.  I enjoyed it, other than my darn legs just feel like lead anymore when it comes to stepping.  I'm still using just one riser, and my goal now is to make it to June w/ one riser.  Come June, I will just use the platform.  We'll see how that goes then.  I added some planks on in the end, but with my hands on the step (1 riser up again).  And just did my own thing instead of following the " boss " ;).  I burned a nice 348 calories in the 30 minutes, with my average at 135.

D, who is so enjoying marking off workouts on m tablet!!!
