Today I did Cathe's Intensity workout. Well, I should say I attempted to do it. I did most of the step portion and I started on the Hiit portion but got worn out too quickly. Then I mostly just jogged in place thru the other part of the hiit until she got to the lower impact hiits and then I got back into it again. I did not have time for the bootcamp, I may try and do this part tonite. This workout was just way too much for me as is. Next time I do it, I am going to do the premix with the step portion and the hiit lo. I will save the other sections for a day when I have unbounding energy (if that day ever comes, it hasn't yet but you never know). Off to get ready for work now, I freaking hate Mondays.
