Guest guest Posted May 18, 2011 Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 I love this morning yoga practice. The painful, stiff areas continue to release and calm down. However, I keep finding other areas that need yoga love. I'm a mess right now, but this is really helping. I am doing several short walks today plus a yoga nightcap. I'll log al my food today.
