Got a nice little workout in this morning!  Thank you B for inspiring me to pull this one out :)  Anyway, this one was much more at my level than Bob's workout yesterday.  Yeesh.  I worked way too hard yesterday and felt it for a couple hours afterwards.  Today was perfect.  Not easy, not overly hard.  I used 12lb dumbbells throughout.  Switching to 3's when she did the punching combo, but could have went heavier.  Every time she did a drill w/ her hands on the floor, I put mine on the step and risers.  I think the hopping on one foot was the hardest.  Yikes.  I probably took 4 breaks, and I know it wasn't much of a hop.  More a bounce :)  I burned 402 calories with my average at 133 in the 35 minutes.

Dp.s.  I really like , and her body is so athletic and great looking!  Arms and legs!
