When exercising I never pay any attenion to the numbers or the ring but have

from time to time noticed deeper compressions on some exercises as I advance as

a matter of fact I lifted the ring on steel bow up and slide it to the end of

the handle out of the way not that I don't like it but to busy getting on with

job to worry about the progress meter cheers mate good luck with your x5!

I think that it might not be too hard to carefully study a few good

photographs,work out the length between handles and print out something using

some basic graphics and then attach having cut into a strip with clear tape to

your device.Just idea if this is something that matters to you.Good luck.Ed
