Guest guest
Daisy it's never too late to start afresh. There are lots of great workouts that can get you back to where you were. I don't know what your fitness level is but when I'm getting over an injury or something and want to gently get my heart rate up I enjoy doing Walk Away the Pounds. I wind up feeling so much better than I continue on with something more vigorous or do some strength training afterward. Keep it up! You'll get there! I was doing so well 5 months ago,but I got so digusted with the lack of weight loss (and no change in body shape!) that I gave up! Believe you me,I so regret that now, because I am right back where I was before I started exercising. I attemped to do the kettle bell swing(without the kettle bell) and it took less than a minute before my heart was pounding and left me breathless! I should have done more after I caught my breath but I didn't. I completely gave out! So, it's going to be an uphill battle but I intend to persevere and get back to where I was. Hopefully it wont take as long to get back as it did getting there.I don't think my body has completely broken down yet, although it's right there at the edge I hadn't completely given up exercising, I did something every now and again but nothing regular, lets just say I didn't break a sweat while doing them or even became breathless doing them. So,we'll just wait and see how it goes. Slow and steady is how I'm starting and then, who knows. D
