Hi all, I did my workout this morning but am just now getting time to post it. Today I did Cathe's MMA Kickboxing. It was very fun. It was very similar to the 4 Day split kickboxing I did yesterday but without the weights portion. It really was fun. Tomorrow on the rotation is STS total body. I just noticed that Cathe's May rotation has this one twice in week three (this week). I wonder why. I have done this one once before when they first came out, I have in my notes that I liked it. I have already set up all the equipment so that I won't have to run around like a psycho in the morning. Now I just have to make my lunch for tomorrow and I am set for the night.
