Hi Everyone,

My workout today was Firm Time Crunch aka Volume 4. An oldie but a goodie! co-leads this one from the late '80's/early '90's. A very good sweat in 40 minutes. Kai the co-lead does the aerobcis parts and leads the weight training. You can go heavier with this one. I did all 16 push-ups at the end on my toes! I did not do the dork dance at the end, but did enjoy and Kai's magic shoes which suddenly come off for ab work but are back on for the dork dance!

I think I'm going to keep on sticking with the FIRMs - I found a couple of rotations (attached) that I'll probably follow. I wanted to go back and do some of the Body Sculpting System (BSS) workouts. So, this will give me a chance to re-visit them!Donna
