Guest guest
The chart shows, I believe, 24-30 exercises. I don't recall off the top of my head since I do about 10 exercises regularly that I have just stuck with and don't look at the chart to often. Jon > I ordered a Steel Bow 28 on 12/25/2007. Guest guest
Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of using the 28 for the exercises where I can almost fully compress my BW. I would love to see a X5 introduced with extra resistance. Maybe call it the X5 EXTREME! BrawnJon wrote: The chart shows, I believe, 24-30 exercises. Guest guest
If you're looking for more resistance from an X5 try the newer X5 Gold. It is stronger than the original (although the straps are less comfortable (imho) > > I ordered a Steel Bow 28 on 12/25/2007. It arrived at my > door on > > 12/28/2007. Guest guest
No, the 28 model is so called because it is 28 inches in length. Also, it does not have the 3 interchangeable springs that the 20 inch model has. I hope this clears up some confusion.
