The chart shows, I believe, 24-30 exercises. I don't recall off the

top of my head since I do about 10 exercises regularly that I have

just stuck with and don't look at the chart to often.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of using the 28 for the exercises where I can almost fully compress my BW. I would love to see a X5 introduced with extra resistance. If you're looking for more resistance from an X5 try the newer X5

Gold. It is stronger than the original (although the straps are less

comfortable (imho)

No, the 28 model is so called because it is 28 inches in length. Also, it does not have the 3 interchangeable springs that the 20 inch model has. I hope this clears up some confusion.
