Hi Everyone -

here are my workouts for this past week (to the best of my recollection, anwyay!)

Sunday - Burn & Shape - I was surprised by this one - more difficult than I anticipated for a shorter workout

Monday - Express Cardio - I can finally do the first step section w/out rewinding!

Tuesday - Hi Def Sculpt & a walk (about 40 min while DD was at gymnastics)

Wed - Calorie Killer & Yoga (Hips, Feet & Knees from Yoga For Every Body)

Thurs - Unplanned rest due to tornados!

Friday - Jiggle Free Arms & long outdoor walk (close to 2 hours)

Sat - Recorded Classical Stretch episode from Season 7 and i'm planning a 40 min walk whil DD is at art class this afternoon

I am pretty sure I stretched here and there, but I don't remember the specifics. I know I'm neglecting my stretching though - so I need to get better about that. I realized that I tend to skip Classical Stretch after a workout b/c CS is actually challenging to the muscles - so if I'm fatigued from my workout, CS is difficult for me. So, maybe I should have some options for stretching that are less demanding than CS.

Next week - more Firms - I'm getting to the end of this rotation- here's what I'm thinking so far. Sunday will likely be a rest day since we're having overnight guests, but hopefully I can walk tomorrow pm.

Monday - 20-30 min strength workout & Cardio Sculpt Blaster

Tuesday - a Firm cardio type workout - thinking that I'll do Allie's workout from BSS2.

Wed - Time Crunch (Volume 4)

Thurs - Super Cardio Sculpt (I think this is 's from the "6" pack)

Friday - Bootcamp 3 in 1 or TransFIRMer Supercharged Sculpting

Following week:

Sun - Cardio Overdrive

Mon - Hard Core Fusion

Tues - Ult Calorie Blaster (TransFIRMer workout)

Wed - Fat Burning Sculpting Ball

Thurs - Tough Cardio Mix

Friday - End of rotation! Pilates or Stretch to celebrate!
