Guest guest
Very true. I've worked out with this thing for a couple of months, and it couldn't have been any better designed for its purpose - iso motion. I never said anything about that isometric device with the handles and readout that was being discussed here awhile back, but I could see multiple limitations to it, including just being able to read the readout. The Iso-Bow is totally free-moving and unencumbering. Again, the perfect design for an iso-motion workout. > > I want to thank in advance for offering the Iso-Bow at such an affordable price...just $9.95. I plan on ordering two when it becomes available. > > Also, the rotating foam handles are what will set this far apart from other isometric stretching devices. Guest guest
As another of the lucky testers, I can attest to the genius of this device. It's simplicity will fool you. Do yourself a favor when these become available, and get you one. If you follow 's recommendations you will see results. It is very challenging and enjoyable. Thank you . Guest guest
Mr. , as early as this was when you sent it to me, we both know now how much we have progressed in our routine. The difficult aspect of showing the Iso-Motion aspect, is one cannot tell how much resistance is being applied to the pull. The appearance is that one is just "twirling" the Iso-Bow. However, it is the beauty of the product that each individual determines what that level shall be. Also:I have a "problem" left elbow and after 90-days of the I-B, the left elbow is still the same. When I go through the "problem" zone, I automatically back off on the resistance and increase it once the zone has been passed through. My right elbow is fine and has been constant throughout the 90-days. Which brings me to the following premise:"If you are injured before, fitness exercise will remind you, you are injured. Do re-hab exercises." Last, if one increases the movement overhead, the wasit benefits are greatly enhanced. Guest guest
practice makes perfect i got plenty of practice going as i went through the month and still using it as of last friday (having a rest weekend) I have gained better movement and better breathing in that time as some of my videos showed me going red in the face at the start but provided a good tool to review the progress I made my steel bow has been neglected of late as it been so easy to just grab the iso-bow a head down the park and from the photos i have posted it hasn't done me any harm (see photo section) any way i will be working with both in the near future should see some further improvement as the months roll by ! thanks again it's a great bit of kit! > > > > > > I want to thank in advance for offering the Iso-Bow at such an affordable price...just $9.95. Was that your normal speed when working with the Iso-Bow or do you slow it down when actually doing a workout?
