Guest guest Posted March 31, 2011 Report Share Posted March 31, 2011 I'm so happy - I got a nice workout in and it didn't kill me I chose the cardio premix off Cathe's Step, Jump & Pump. I enjoyed it. Cathe's cuing wasn't the best, but I managed just fine  My heart rate didn't get too high, but I sure felt like it was. Weird. In the end I had burned 257 calories at the 25-30 minute mark. Afterwards, I put in Grace's Rockin' Models and did all the lower body work. I just love this workout. And I'm sooooo happy that I handled it all fine. It didn't aggravate my sciatica. This is such a relief. I hope that I can continue with floorwork for my lower body instead of not doing anything for it. Good stuff. I didn't know how much of it I was going to do when I started, but ended up doing all the floorwork and the stretch. It was about 50 minutes in the end.
