Guest guest
Hello everyone, I took two straps and looped one through each of Isokenitic straps. When fully extended without pulling, my hands are a bit more than shoulder with apart. This gives me additional range of motion which allows for some behind the back and neck exercises. Of course, I can inch my hands closer to the unit, all the way up to the original straps when working from the front to vary the range of motion. For me, the straps add a new dimension to an already great exerciser. Rich
