I recently read in a fitness magazine that noticeable results can be seen after 8 weeks. So have some patience. Your body is adjusting to the new lifestyle and will reward you soon. As for the scale, don't rely on that. You could be dropping 5 pounds of bodyfat while gaining 4 pounds of lean muscle mass and the scale would only show a loss of 1 pound. It is not an accurate way to gage your results. My first suggestion is to not get on the scales more than once a week at the most. I'm in the middle of my 4th week and at the beginning of the week I had lost 8 lbs total. My clothes are still not baggin off or anything, but you gotta know if you keep doing what 'cha doing, the results are gonna be there. They'll drive you crazy and in any day, your weight can fluctuate quite a bit - water retention, hormones - all sorts of things play a role, so don't give them the status of being a part of your day. I have noticed that I carry myself taller and my felling about myself are difficulty getting better. Keep the faith!
