Guest guest Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 Good morning all, This morning I did the warm up from KCM split sessions, then I did the banded floorwork bonus from this same one as well. I really liked this bonus. After that I did the flip up/push up bonus from 's TLC. I had previewed this one before so I knew what was coming. Since I had already worked my legs from the band work I decided to alternate push ups with crunches on this one. I did two cards push up, then two cards with some sort of crunch alternating through to the end. I am going to call these two DVD's done now and move on to something else.
