Another virgin done! 30 minutes, leads. I'm not much of a pilates person and I'm not a band lover (though I'm learning to like both) so I've avoided this one for a long time. It was okay but it is going in the trade pile. As far as pilates goes, she did a few standard pilates moves at the beginning, but didn't discuss breathing at all or engaging the core much either. Most of the rest seemed to be more focused on sculpting with the bands. You do a total body workout which is nice and it is a compact workout but I've got enough other sculpting workouts I enjoy more and don't see myself pulling this one out again. The band that comes with it was of good resistance but seemed a little short and especially would be if you are tall (I'm just under 5'). cues well but doesn't explain form a lot so I wouldn't recommend it to beginners and I found some of the exercises awkward with the bands (especially biceps and a few others). Alllie and Annie are in the background and Allie smiles a little too much, both look great otherwise, no one modifies. It was a decent, quick intermediate level workout, I just don't need another one like this. I didn't dislike it but didn't like it enough to want to do it again either.
