Yay, I did it!  I got a workout in after a day off again.  This makes me happy.  I haven't had two days off in a row now since April.  I hope I can keep up with this trend.....  Anyway, I did 's first workout.  I used my bag, and enjoyed it LOADS better doing it this way.  I got a great workout in.  It still wasn't super-tough, but much more difficult compared to last time w/out the bag.  And, with that said, it's a PERFECT bag workout! Last time I burned 272 calories.  Today, I burned 416 with my average at 137.  I shut my HRM off around 35 minutes.  I don't feel totally wiped either.  It was a perfect level.

Sun is shining today!  Yay, I hope to be productive.  We shall see.  I got little sleep last night, but amazingly feel okay (so far).D
