I warmed up by doing a super fun, joyful, 15 minute segment from Hemalaya's Bollywood Burn. It was a fantastic warm up. This one can really lift your spirits. I take myself way too seriously sometimes, and I need much more of this.  Only you can understand! I can't explain this to my jock friends and coworkers.

I finished off by doing Cathe's Extended Stretch, from STS. Perfect. Love her! I love how quiet this one is. I just reviewed my exercise log, and the only fitness data missing was my walk commutes because I don't use my HRM for those, but I know which days I walked. I used my Polar for everything else, and I still have the data. I can reconstruct my exercise log. 

Now I just need to start logging my food again. I start tomorrow.Happy workouts!
