Guest guest Posted November 15, 2011 Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 G,day people got stuck into the sit at home last night cross training between the classic and steelbow useing the yellow medium spring for all exersizes some I didn't reach the the full set which is 10 like behind back etc but just did smaller sorter heavy sets but it feels like the yellow spring does not cut it for the Ab crunch any more as I have been using the classic for that but decided to go back to the steelbow for a change will go the black one tonight steelbow gives a tighter crunch I feel anyway I got a good pump going felt great and topped it off with four sets on the MWR my forearms where screaming otherwise I have been pretty busy at work etc how's every one 's training going All hanging out to see the new gizmo from Bullworker H.Q.
