I really enjoyed it.It goes beyond a " wall chart " and has great ideas for integrating weights into your overall routine. The Bullworker is the best piece of overall training equipment that fits into a carryon, but many of us do augment our workouts with some freeweights and bodyweight exercises.

 This is a guide to that.

I got this pamplet and for me it just was'nt what i expectid, he gives good tips on training and different sets, bu8but i was looking for different moves, but there was not much more than you can get from this forum. He will give a refund if you find it was not what you needed. but for me it just wasn't what i wanted

Yes found it pretty good read to I like it Anton has done a good job with it his

advice is very sound a true believer in the Bullworker as serious training

tool!
