Guest guest
I stopped smoking after a nasty illness of septic shock. I just couldn't anymore. I'm very aware of stopping by bits and peices or cold turkey. Some find cold turkey worked best...it's not long to kick the physical addiction, it's the darn HABIT that's a killer. I've been smoke free since '97. It's worth it. Every teeth grinding minute of it if you succeed. There's a number of support groups online for it if you think it would help. Gods speed on that one. Do whatever works because it's the best thing that can happen to you. Everytime I see the news and price of cigarettes I wanna cheer...plus I can smell a world of other things. Here's hoping and praying your new years revolution will work for you. Keep in mind how super it's gonna be to be free. Wishing you a Happy New Years...a better year for you who are having trouble getting the treatment you (we all) deserve. I'm lucky to live above Reno and Sparks itself on the lip of the valley called Stead. So it runs downhill to Sparks and Stead but there's been big pools of water halfway up to the windows of cars in our parking lot. Thank heavens ours were on higher ground. Well......Have a good one.. »*\|/*«·.,¸¸,.·´¯`·.,¸¸,.·´¯`·.»*\|/*«·.,¸¸,.·´¯`·.,¸¸ ~*`On the internet, no one knows you're a cat.`*~ ~*~StrykerMom~*~ Lotacats >^.^<>^.^<>^.^< __________________________________________ Yahoo!
