Hi all, I actually did my workout around 7:00 AM today but am just now getting around to posting it. I did Cathe's 4 day split kickboxing. I totally loved this workout. I think I have done it once before. Kickboxing is my favorite type of workout to do. This was fun and the time passed very quickly even though is was a 71 minute workout. The kickboxing section was over in the blink of an eye and the weights went by quickly as well. I got nice and sweaty, I didn't realize how sweaty until I sat down to take off my ankle weights and left a big sweaty butt print on my high step, sorry, TMI I know. Tomorrow I am scheduled for MMA kickbox so I expect another good fun workout. I don't think I have done that one before, I need to go check if it will require any equipment and how long it is, that's why I love 's site and collage, those are the kind of things I use them for, LOL.
