Guest guest
Hi , Nah, our weather hasn't been very good. We've been sticking around 30-50 degrees for weeks now. I like snow and winter a lot, but when it's cold/windy without snow (or cold rain) I'm not a happy camper. Not a fan of spring, heh. I discovered last fall that my oldest dog loves to go for bike-runs with me, but I have to work around her running schedule with DH. She goes with him about 3x a week 4-6 miles at a time, and at 10+ years old, that's probably the most she should go for now, heh. And, the bike-runs are more of a workout for her, rather than me, but it sure was fun. I found some music/workout apps for my ipod that may get may get my interest in bike back though, so we'll see. Nice job with the yoga - and say " hi " to Cathe later for me. Sara > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > > > I've missed you!
