Not much to relate about Back and Biceps with Noel last night, other than it was extra hard weight wise and I felt the DOMS come on earlier than usual.  He was tired and I was in an off mood due to tension at work (nothing involving me directly but it was just in the air).  When I went to stretch in the MMA room, Third Eye Jiujitsu introduced me to the HUGE boxer there named Cubby.  I thought of the little drummer on the Mickey Mouse Club and had to inwardly chuckle - such a small kid name for such a huge fighter!

Tonite I did around 30 minutes of kickboxing on the bag - I converted Turbo Kick's Round 44 choreo and kept most of it true to the original and it was tons of fun!  I was dripping in sweat afterward.  I strengthened  and lengthened with Les Mills Body Balance 38 - the usual yoga sections in the usual sequence, always flowing. The best part was that we had Dave again for the shavasana.  His voice...so soothing, calming.. I was wrapped in my snuggie, legs elevated on some pillows, with a big orange and white long haired cat on my chest doing the final mediation with me.  I needed that so much - and need to do much more yoga than I've been doing lately.

Tomorrow is Leg Day with Noel - and I am very afraid!  God they are miserable while you're doing them - but you feel fantastic afterward though!  I hope to do some mindless cardio on the recumbent bike during lunch as well, we'll see.

Hope everyone is having a nice evening!
