See chart below:WEIGHT LOSS GOAL GOAL WEIGHT POUNDS TO LOSE 5% 209.00 11.00 10% 198.00 22.00 15% 187.00 33.00 20% 176.00 44.00 25% 165.00 55.00 30% 154.00 66.00 35% 143.00 77.00 40% 132.00 88.00 45% 121.00 99.00I gained one pound this week. I'm not going to stress out about it though because my weight goes up and down all the time so why worry, as long as the trend is DOWNWARD!I know I need to focus on healthy eating, portion control and on adding in more exercise this week and beyond. I also need to drink more water throughout the day. I do better with this when I walk on my treadmill because I have cup holders right there....still I CAN do better. I'm going to get up earlier this week so that I can fit in more exercise without burning myself out.I'm very proud of my exercise consistency this week. I exercised everyday except Friday. I took Friday off because frankly I over did it Thursday in the heat and humidity we had here in Michigan. I did two walks and that was too much too soon in all that heat. The rest of the week I walked everyday, alternating long walks with shorter walks.YEA ME! Jenp.s. I hope people will reply to this message because I really NEED your support and encouragement!
