Wow, another tough workout.  I'm so looking forward to a rest day tomorrow or lighter day!  Anyway, I enjoyed the workout quite a bit.  I like a lot :)  The workout touches nicely on your muscles again, but for me, more cardio.  I modified a tad, but not much, just kept my plyo moves low.  I burned 436 calories with my average at 137 in the 37 minutes.
