Today I did Gilad Step Aerobics. At first when I was reading the box I noticed that it said intermediate advanced and though, gosh how hard can it be, it's Gilad. I loved this workout. It was 60 minutes altogether including the warm up, step portion, abs section and cool down. I loved it because it wasn't complex coreography, but it was nice basic hard work, for me anyways, that's probably why they rated it that way. I always think when it says advanced that it is going to be complex coreography. I got a nice sweat going on with this, I used 2 risers under each side. Since it was a longer workout I am now behind schedule and have to run, have a great day all.
