Guest guest Posted May 13, 2011 Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today I did a LONG walk with my friend. We went for about 2 hours. I'm not sure how far we go. We don't stroll, but I think when I walk alone I walk faster - probably b/c I'm not yapping! But this is our "therapy" time and after walking my hip felt better. With the nicer weather here, I really, really should make a point of getting up from my desk at work and doing a quick outdoor loop every day. I don't know why I don't do that - I think b/c I get caught up in work and getting stuff done, but I probably would be be more productive if I got up, got some fresh air, and re-charged that way. Tomorrow I'm thinking of pulling out Suzanne Deason's Yoga for Weightloss - mentioned it and I do remember enjoying this one very much. It is very therapeutic/gentle and there are several levels of modification demonstrated. Then, on Sunday I'd like to finish up the last 2 workouts of my "pump up the volume" rotation.
