Guest guest
hey all, i injured my ankle (nothing major just out of the game for a week or two rolled in on the new curb heights around here and shin splint) but i still had to do some of my post fitness results. i did one legged pushups(so not to put pressure on that leg) and banged out 29! i should have tried for ONE more for an even 30. i wonder if i would have done better if i was able to stabilize with both feet! impressive since the goal was to increase pushups! haven't done sit ups yet as we have to time those (as many as in 1 min) and i will be taking my current running time/distance to average out to see the difference between the start of the semester and now. nothing else has really changed though although it was hard to get a good body fat reading with the calipers so going to try those again too. my 2 areas went down 3 inches but my thighs were the same. do a second round to be sure i guess. now just killing time waiting for nutrition exam results. it seemed like an easy test but i don't want to count the chickens before they hatched.
