I purchased it through Amazon and it arrived in about 4 days. It arrived with an operating manual and wall chart. Also a referral to their website for more exercises. Seems well built, not flimsy. In diesem forum werden die geräte und übungen und wirkungen besprochen.Zuletzt das -powermeter- vom bullworker. Der Igrip bietet Druck/Zug widerstand duch elektric und software an.Dadurch ist schon ein einsatz zustand beschrieben.Einfache mechanik ist hier im vorteil.
