Zoloft - Positive or Negative Feedback?

Through a previous post I have heard from a few people that Zoloft

seemed to help people with LBD. Any additional input is appreciated.

My Mom is currently on 25mg - once a day. I thought it was only an

anti-depressant, but I have heard it is also helps with the paranoia

and hallucinations? I found the below information online.
