Guest guest
Heck YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My husband turned into an aged man before my eyes........think I wrote the very first post on this list, so you can read it in thearchives of messages....however........he shuffled, I kept asking him why hewas dragging his feet.......he stumbled, and when he finally lost hisbalance and fell, we stopped the statins. He also had very bad exaggerated facial expressions when he talked. It wasbeginning to drive me nuts. He could not see it. It was like he had to thinkreal hard to form his words......mentally he was out of it.......physicallyhe was out of it. His muscles got ate up also.......with lots of bodypain.........some of them also caused incessant yawning, and excess hunger, with the shakes and weakness. I was just getting ready to figure he did haveParkinson's or something....he is pretty much back to normal now. Thank God.Jill Hi, Jill, How long did it take for your husband's symptoms to go away ? I quit the Pravachal in April, and the pain is still there ...he is so very lucky that he was able to come out of the toxic reaction to these awful drugs ! Les . Guest guest
Les, the symptoms went away fairly quick........I do not know, all of a sudden we realized he was not an old man any longer;-) He was walking normal and speaking normal. His though process seemed to work again....buthe has never regained his muscles......or strength:-( That has been 4-5 years. Jill So he did take a loss from the drugs. Did you file a lawsuit ? I think my muscles are OK, but the nerve damage is total and complete , and the pain is with me always . This is horrific that the drug companies are getting away with destroying so many people !
